We work to describe products, sizes and ingredients accurately. Colours, textures and packaging may vary slightly between batches because products are made by hand in small quantities. Listing a product does not guarantee it is in stock; availability is confirmed at the counter or by email.

Pricing

Prices shown are in United States dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping. We may change prices at any time. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Orders placed by phone or email are accepted once we confirm them in writing. We may decline or cancel an order, including where an item is unavailable or where we suspect fraud.
